The classic Skutskjutet downhill competition is back on 29 March, with a downhill race and folk festival for the whole family!
About Skutskjutet
Skutskjutet in Rödkullen is the world's largest downhill race for the whole family. The competition is a true Åre classic with a long history and a popular reason to get out on the mountain, both as participants and spectators. The competitions end with a prize-giving ceremony and a big outdoor après-ski.
Pre-registration opens for a specific period which will be published at a later date. If you can't make it in time, it is possible to late-register at the Skutskjutskansliet at SkiStarshop Åre Torg. No late registration can be made on the day of the competition.
Number plates can be picked up at Skutskjutskansliet at SkiStarshop Åre Torg before the start.
Prizes to win
Last year we raffled off an Audi A1 among all participants who made it to the finish line. It was possible to win the main prize even if you were not the fastest. The draw will take place at the prize ceremony at Rödkulletorget.
Start list and results
Once the registration for the race is closed, you can see the start list. After the race, the results will also be uploaded.
