You cancel in the same way as when you booked, i.e. either through your account at RCI.com or by contacting RCI Member Services.
Depending on how far in advance you cancel your holiday, a certain number of the points will be repaid to your account. Booking fees will not be repaid in case of cancellations.
In connection with your reservation, you will be offered Points Protection, i.e. a cancellation insurance. This gives you the option to cancel your booking up to the day before arrival without losing points.
