Before taking on your property for rental, we always perform a survey based on which we then price your property.

Your dwelling is valuated based on its condition, location with respect to lifts, size, etc. You have the possibility of affecting some criteria by making improvements and renovating. 

We use dynamic pricing, which means that demand drives the price which is not fixed until a booking is actually made. You can always see the current price on your owner's page, which you get access to when you sign an agreement with us.
