Team Pro is a stiffer and more durable version of the Team binding with more responsiveness. Team Pro has a hand-sewn strap that attaches the ankle to provide maximum response and a toe strap of recycled Vibram rubber for extra good grip. The stiffness of the binding gives a faster
power transmission to make it easier to get the board on cut or press the board's flex in the park. Team Pro has air cushioning in the heel and a canted bottom plate to save on your body and provide maximum comfort. The binding has reinforced tag bands with wires and the size of the straps can be changed without the use of tools.

The binding has a Mini Disk which affects the board's flex less but at the same time is compatible with most other brands on the market.
