Water-repellent arm warmers from GripGrab
GripGrab AquaRepel 2 water repellent leg warmers provide protection against the elements at a whole new level. They have a three-layer construction: a 100% waterproof and windproof breathable membrane built into the fabric itself, protecting the shins in the very worst winter weather.
The three-layer softshell fabric, with a built-in waterproof and windproof membrane, is used on the lower part of the leg warmers. This protective fabric with four-way stretch creates an enclosing shield against rain and wheels; a joined seam has been used instead of a regular sewn seam, as it creates a 100% waterproof crotch in the material, completing the protection.
A seamless edge at the hems of the legs completes this version 2.0 with a high stretch factor. This means that the fabric here is more stretchy than a sewn cuff – making it easier for the heaters to put on and take off, and wear over the shaft of waterproof shoe covers to prevent water from penetrating.
