Carefully designed for passionate ski enthusiasts, Otis JR ski jacket from 8848 Altitude is a given first choice for long days on the mountain.
The jacket is constructed in breathable and waterproof DurAtec® Extreme material with all seams taped, and padded with a 100 gram synthetic insulation, an optimal combination for perfect comfort and complete weather protection. The jacket has several indispensable design solutions for the skier: Stretchy snow gaiter at the waist, detachable hood, fleece-lined collar and an integrated mesh panel on the middle of the back's inner lining that wicks away moisture and maximises comfort.
The bottom edge of the jacket can be adjusted with drawstring on the inside, the cuffs are adjusted with Velcro. The front zip and zippers on the waist pockets are from well-known YKK® and have been equipped with woven grip bands where the 8848 logo is produced in a sober tone-in-tone. Additional profiling is available in the form of a logo on the sleeve adjustment strap and a matte black metal 8th on the chest. Both the outer material and padding are made of 100% recycled materials, and the inner lining is dyed with eco-friendly e.dye®, a process that does not require water. 8848 Altitude classifies the product as a "sustainable choice", i.e. a good environmental choice.
