Welcome to Åre!

It’s late winter, and the slopes are hard in the morning after a night of freezing temperatures, but the snow usually softens up during the day. Some sections of the slopes may be closed due to refrozen snow. Please obey the signs.

Filming is currently underway in the ski area.

The cross-country trails in Ullådalen and Björnen are in good condition and are groomed daily unless temperatures rise above freezing at night. The cross-country trails in Duved are not groomed due to a thin snow cover, so skiing there is free.

Please park your car in the designated area so that it does not block the path for the ski buses, as this can cause delays.
