For the 28th year in a row, Åre Extreme Week, Europe's oldest and most classic multisport competition, is back in Åre. Everyone can participate!

Downhill or trail biking

Discover Scandinavia's largest bike park for downhill cycling, Åre Bike Park - Downhill, as well as Åre Bike Park - Trail, which offers wonderful trail biking in Björnen. In Åre there is cycling for all tastes and ages.

Climbing park in Åre

Bring your family or friends out to Åre-Björnen, and take on a real challenge among the tree tops. The climbing park offers a combination of high-rope courses, ziplines, play and adventure.

Rent a bike

At the SkiStarshop you can rent both bikes and protective gear. We have both downhill bikes and mountain bikes for rental as well as children's and junior bikes.

Within walking distance of the lifts, slopes and village square you will find Brunkulla, one of Åre's best apartment lodging.
