We want the mountains to be accessible to everyone. That is why we offer activities, accommodation and services adapted to different needs.
Offers for companions and adapted activities
We offer a range of products and activities for guests who require a companion or individual adaptations:
- SkiPass: SkiPass is free of charge for companions on presentation of a companion certificate or medical certificate confirming the need for a companion. SkiPasses for companions can be collected from a SkiStarshop at the destination.
- Climbing park: Companion products can be booked by contacting customer service.
- Swimming: Companion products can be booked by contacting customer service.
- Adaptive skiing: Adapted ski lessons and equipment hire for guests who require individual support or adaptations.
Priority Boarding
Guests with disabilities can receive a Priority Boarding pin that gives priority in the lift queue. With Priority Boarding, you can use the ski school entrance to move ahead in the lift queue.
To receive a Priority Boarding pin, you need to contact customer service at the destination you are visiting. When collecting your pin, you will need to present a companion certificate or documentation from a doctor, nurse or other relevant healthcare professional confirming your need for the scheme.
