Easter in Sälen – activities and après-ski
Easter in Sälen is about more than spring skiing. Expect days filled with live music, competitions and activities for both children and adults. Start the morning on freshly groomed slopes, try your luck in the Poolrace or Uppåt Väggen, or join Valle for adventures and the children’s après-ski in the sun. There’s something happening every day.

During Easter week, several events take place that bring together both participants and spectators.
- Påsksmällen in Tandådalen with artists, live music and après-ski in a large outdoor setting.
- Poolrace in Lindvallen where skiers attempt to make it across a water pool in front of a cheering crowd.
- Uppåt Väggen in Hundfjället, a challenging uphill competition.
- Rhapsody in Snow at Sälfjällstorget with guest performers and live music.
Easter fun for children
Valle looks forward to sharing Easter adventures with children in Sälen. Throughout the week, he appears in both Lindvallen and Hundfjället, inviting children to play, move and enjoy Easter fun where everyone can join in.
Children can take part in the Easter parade, face painting, an Easter egg hunt and their own children’s après-ski. During Easter, there is also family après-ski with Mojje, a favourite with many children.

Après-ski almost every day in Lindvallen
During Easter, Lindvallen comes alive with live music and outdoor après-ski several days in a row. After a day on the slopes, a stage, a crowd and spring sunshine await, a lovely way to round off the ski day.

- Vi 3 rounds off Easter week with live music in the spring sunshine.
- At Lodgebaren, the atmosphere continues with classic après-ski almost every day.
- You will also find Easter après-ski at Experiumtorget and during larger outdoor events around the area.

Uppåt Väggen (Up the Wall) 2026
Uppåt Väggen by EQPE is a recurring tradition in Hundfjället, Sälen, and takes place on Easter Saturday, 4 April 2026. The competition is open to children, youth and adults in the classes Lilla Uppåt Väggen, Uppåt Väggen Ungdom and Uppåt Väggen.

SkiStar Snow Parks in Sälen
In SkiStar Snow Parks Sälen there are park rides for everyone regardless of level and age. The large snow park area is located in Tandådalen. In Lindvallen there's a smaller, more basic snow park.
