  • Red Bull Homerun – 15th Anniversary

    What would Easter be without racing nerves, wild outfits and mass-start chaos? On 5 April, Red Bull Homerun returns to Åre for the 15th time, as 500 participants race simultaneously from the top to the bottom of Åreskutan.

  • Skutskjutet in Åre – 50 years

    On 18 April, it all kicks off in Åre. Skutskjutet celebrates 50 years – a high-speed downhill race that for half a century has brought together skiers with a taste for speed, challenge and camaraderie. The anniversary year offers classic Skutskjutet spirit, strong traditions and new world-class memories.

  • Fjällmaraton Sälen by EQPE

    The Fjällmaraton Sälen is a trail adventure for those who enjoy outdoor experiences, running and beautiful scenery. Choose between the 42K, 21K or 10K route and the kids can take part in the Children's Mountain Marathon.

    During 14-15 March 2026, the women's alpine elite will compete in the AUDI FIS SKI WORLD CUP in Åre.

    Busi Tour heads to Hemsedal for a day in the park filled with progression, competitions and raw energy – from coaching in Academy to a crowd-friendly Pro Jam with “cash for tricks”. Birk Ruud will not be taking part on this day.

  • Vasaloppet Bike Festival – Cykelvasan 2026

    Welcome to wonderful days filled with activities for all ages where the focus is on cycling. As usual, the Cykelvasa race (Vasaloppet by Bike) takes place on Fridays and Saturdays, but for anyone staying at Lindvallen throughout the week, there’s a substantial range of activities for the whole family.

    The first festival of the year is presented by Timmerstugan in Åre – two days of afterski with DJs on 3–4 April. Afterski as it should be: outdoors, on the slopes and Åre’s biggest afterski.
