At Bon Bistro Bar people of all ages can find their favourite from our extensive menu. For our youngest guests we have developed our own Vallemeny.

Café Von Paul serves classic "Swedish fika", excellent barista coffee and home-baked goods. The menu includes light and healthy meals, as well as selected drinks with and without alcohol.

Sigillo is Experium's family-friendly lunch restaurant where we serve home cooking and a large salad buffet. There is also something for all the children. A warm welcome!

Lodgebaren is a classic lodge-style restaurant with stunning mountain views directly adjacent to the SkiStar Lodge Experium. With a lively outdoor terrace several months a year and in close proximity to the ski slopes in winter, Lodgebaren is a natural spot for the whole family to get together all year round. Hotel breakfast, well-prepared lunch and A la Carte are served here in the fine restaurant section.

This winter, Smedens Mathall from Stockholm is doing a takeover at Lodgen in Hundfjället.
It serves street food inspired by the whole world with an exciting mountain touch.
Smedens in Sälen will be a pleasantly bustling meeting place for Hundfjället's visitors.

At Pontus! in Sälen, guests will be greeted by a warm international lodge atmosphere, where the serene Swedish mountains meet the expressive North America – Sälen goes to Colorado. The menu will offer a wide range of dishes, where the grill and sashimi set the tone, as well as an extensive selection of wine and champagne, selected by the Pontus Group's head sommelier, Mario E Moroni.

The restaurant also boasts a generous and inviting bar for a sophisticated après ski, with serving directly from the champagne cart.

We are open in slightly different forms during winter, summer and autumn. Serving lunch, après-ski/bike, à la carte, pub & tavern from our own brewery. Our kitchen focuses on honest, ambitious cooking from scratch!

Gammelgården is open for a la carte from 18:00. Våffelstugan offers light meals and waffles 12:00-16:00.

Restaurant Elgen with flavours inspired by Sälenfjällen. The concept is based on Olarsgården's tradition and cosiness with local Dalafjällen delicacies and is part of Taste of Dalarna. Always open, all year round. Breakfast, lunch and à la carte. Classic mountain toast, raggmunk or a freshly baked waffle are always available at Olarsgården. Olarsgården is the obvious meeting place on the mountain where you can pick up take away or Sälenkassen weekend box, Christmas box or New Year's box and perhaps meet an acquaintance or a new exciting Sälen visitor.

We are a crêperie and bistro with a focus on locally produced food and drink to suit all budgets. We have made a whole menu with different galettes and crêpes but also have other tasty and sustainable dishes on our menu. At Matsalen we work actively to reduce food waste and environmental impact. We can also offer Sälen's most beautiful view from our large veranda bar. Welcome to a sustainable experience with us at Matsalen!

Our top restaurant is located at the top of Gustavbacken and has a fantastic view of the mountain. We offer à la carte lunch in our dining room and a wide range of coffee, sandwiches and waffles in our café. Fäboden serves everything from waffles and reindeer sandwiches to charcoal buns prepared in a wood oven.

Our cosy neighbourhood restaurant with a bistro feel on Experiumtorget. Lunch (drop-in) with home cooking, pasta and pizza. In the evening, à la carte and luxury pizzas are served in front of the fire. Welcome to our home!

Our chefs will hand-carve your fried fillet of lamb, pork tenderloin, fillet of beef, fully grilled lamb, crispy pork side, etc., for you while you choose the accompaniments yourself from our heavily-laden buffet tables. Welcome to Bodegan in Gustavbacken and have a drink in our Spanish backyard. Live music with a troubadour Thursday to Sunday. A quieter alternative to the rock'n roll after ski at Lindvallens Wärdshus next door. In the bar you will find simple tapas and good drinks.

Perfect location in the centre of Gustavbacken for lunch for hungry skiers. Afterski with Sweden's best cover band on stage six days a week. In the spring, you can enjoy the sun on our Weranda overlooking Gustavbacken.

Five nights a week we get the party started at Lindvallens Wärdshus with Klubb W. Well-known DJs and great artists on stage. Book your VIP table and see the calendar on the website for more info.

Food truck serving kebabs, gyros and falafel to hungry nightclub visitors outside Klubb W on Gustavtorget. Open from 22:00 during nightclub nights.

The café at the foot of Gustavbacken is perfect for lunch or refreshments. Waffles, soups, sandwiches and pastries are on the menu. After skiing, you can sit down in peace with a beer or other treats. Open during lift opening hours.

Ylva's Våffelstuga is diagonally to the right of Gustav Express.
Freshly baked waffles with various accessories, goulash soup, grilled luxury sausage, coffee & cold beer are served here.

Bakery, pizzeria and café with simple lunches - all in the middle of Lindvallen at the foot of the Gustavbacken slope. In the bakery you'll find bread rolls, sourdough bread, pastries, cakes, muesli and crispbread. Breakfast packages are available for those who want to up the luxury.

On Hemfjället, 850 metres above sea level and five kilometres away on the ski and snowmobile trail you will find Hemfjällsstugan. Guests in Sälen have made excursions to this location for decades for the tranquillity, the freshly made waffles and the freshly made coffee! Today Hemfjällsstugan is also a great and sought after events locale in the evenings.

Asian kitchen that also serves pizza. Eat in the restaurant or take back to your cabin. The restaurant's TV screens show top sporting events.

Fondue restaurant during the evening where elk, reindeer and fillet of beef are dipped in the pot. Serves waffles, soups and hot sandwiches during the day.

Harrys Lindvallen is the perfect restaurant with its open and homely environment that suits both the family and the party crowd. Here you will find good and well-prepared food, drinks and live music several times a week in the evening.

At the foot of the Söderåsen slopes you find a wonderful little fenced area. The area consists of a food truck serving hearty fast food in the form of hamburgers, sausages and other delights, as well as a large bar and warming cabin. When spring arrives and the sun comes out, we will enjoy a wonderful view, pumping music and the occasional cold drink or coffee (non-alcoholic options are of course available).

WINTER offers a great atmosphere and well-prepared food with everything from burgers to beef Rydberg made of reindeer. The signature dish is Wiener schnitzel.

Our cosy lounge bar has an exceptional bar selection which includes Sälen's largest selection of gin and tonic. The lounge bar has a bar menu for those wanting food, music from lounge DJ's including funk, soul and lounge music and every now and again there's even live music. Here you can eat and drink while hanging out with your friends and family - you'll never want to leave!

Viktors combines elegance with a focus on international ingredients. The restaurant is located in the heart of Lindvallen and offers a sophisticated atmosphere where guests can enjoy classic dishes with a modern twist and new taste experiences, with the ambition that everyone will find their favourite in the menu. In our cosy restaurant you get the feeling of stepping into a second home where we hope you will feel comfortable. The style is inspired by English libraries and is very international.

Upstairs, you'll find our vibrant 20s and 30s-style cocktail bar where the evening continues after dinner. You will find a full entertainment programme with great music from our DJs, a party piano bar with all kinds of music from the 80s to the latest hits and live music. In spring, the large outdoor terrace opens up, Sälen's absolute sunniest terrace with après-ski and a view of Sälfjällstorget's ski slopes.

On the corner is Viktor's takeaway pizza. Here it is easy to slip in and order our delicious pizzas, perfect to take to the cabin after a day on the slopes.

A warm welcome to Sälenstugan Original! Welcome to the warmth and relax in front of the fireplace in Sälen's probably cosiest log cabin. On a day with us you can expect coffee and cake, lunch, après-ski as well as our evening restaurant with delicious fjälltapas and of course our famous schnitzels. "The little Italian with great flavours". Italian food in an Italian style is slow food at its best. Menus consist of several small dishes in traditional Italian style. Homemade pasta dishes in our deli, cold cuts, cheeses and delicious side dishes. Satisfying skier lunches with fresh pasta as a starting point, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options. For those who want to host a party in the cottage, there is also our popular concept with "cook in the cabin" and Italian dinner bags. Benvenuti e buon Appetito.

This will become your favourite café for a quick coffee or maybe a lovely lunch. The buns are hot, the cake buffet is loaded and our delicious sandwiches are served hot with salad. New for this year is that we have expanded our lunch with flatbread pizza and American soft buns with skagen, pulled pork, reindeer ham or oumph as a filling. Enjoy your favourite certified coffee, chocolate with cream and marshmallows, a glass of beer/wine or something else from our drinks menu. Come in to us or spend some time on our outdoor terrace. Harrys Tandådalen is the larger unit in the middle of the beautiful mountain environment. With the restaurant's large windows, the view of the mountain is never far away. Here the focus is on food quality and good drinks.

Winter's big news - become a "singing" star for a while. Welcome to the karaoke place where you and your friends can book a private karaoke room. TD Karaoke is the place where everyone is a star and every note counts. Whether you are a group of friends who want to sing your favourite songs together or you prefer to shine solo, TD Karaoke is the perfect place. Everyone is welcome - young and old, old and young.

TD Lounge is a real gem that must be experienced. The somewhat forgotten upstairs with its living room feel can proudly show off Tandådalen's best views with its large windows. This is the perfect venue for dinner, lounge hangouts, mingling, parties and karaoke.

Sälen's new nightclub. Discover a whole new dimension of nightlife and entertainment at TD Nightclub. Our nightclub is not only a place for pulsating music and dance, but also a place for new meetings. Welcome to the nightclub with a passion for nightlife in Tandådalen.

An evening restaurant in a beautiful spruce log cabin in Hundfjället. Here you eat a fixed dinner menu based on seasonal ingredients and Dalarna's wildly picked and preserved ingredients from summer and autumn. Whole animals of reindeer from Idre and lamb from Lima are delivered and all parts are utilised. Dairy from Hansjö and vegetables from organic farms here in Dalarna. Sustainability is at the heart of Frö and permeates everything from ingredients and menu to staff management. Choose between drink packages with small-scale wines or self-made non-alcoholic drinks. The evening is illuminated by the glow of the open fire or the glittering snow outside the panoramic windows. You can expect a warm, relaxed and knowledgeable service where there is plenty of time for each guest, the evening's menu and ingredients are presented on arrival.

There are a limited number of seats, so book your table early.

Bullar & Bröd Sälen offers a bakery, patisserie and Neapolitan-inspired pizzas. The pizzas can be ordered for take away and eaten at home in the cabin. No need to book a table. Freshly baked bread, sandwiches and pastries are available every day.

You can also order cakes, pastries, sandwiches, sandwich cakes and meat trays. Bullar & bröd is located at the Tempo shop in Hundfjället.

The charming hut in the centre of the slope serves up tasty burgers and fresh poké bowls to hungry guests, young and old. This is the obvious meeting place in the afternoon, afterski with a troubadour Tuesday-Saturday. Nice outdoor terrace for those who want to sit outside and enjoy the spring sunshine.

Restaurant with the very best views in Hundfjället, 798 metres above sea level! À-la-carte menu, light meals and coffee and sweet treats are served during the day, while in the evening experience soirées with fondue or steak on a plank are offered.

At the end of Trollskogen enchanted forest you will find Våffelstugan. The cosy log cabin serves waffles, hot chocolate, coffee and pastries in front of the open fire.

Fompe's charcoal grill, outdoor seating with locally produced burgers, sausages and other goodies, open both summer and winter.

Cosy waffle hut dating from the 1500's a stone's throw from Hundfjället. Serves waffles with a range of toppings, goulash, potato pancakes and great coffee & sweet treats.

The Africa Room is our private room for anyone needing a secluded spot for their group. You’ll get front row seats to an incredible view over Vinterträdgården, our entertainment venue, and have access to every one of our restaurants.
