Complaints

Information on how to complain or fault a product.

We are only responsible for original errors, which does not cover errors due to normal wear and tear. You must report the error to us within a reasonable time after the error has been detected, but no later than 3 years from receiving the item. You will lose the right to complain after 3 years. We reserve the right to either rectify the error, provide an error free item or credit the customer with an amount equal to the value of the damaged or lost product. 

If remedial or a deduction is not made or does not occur within a reasonable time after you have complained, you may cancel the purchase. In case of a cancellation, you are entitled to a refund for the amount you have paid us in connection with the purchase of the goods, when it is returned.
