Real skier's breakfast - Valle porridge

Valle is keen that all children eat well to feel good, have energy to play and get as much strength as Valle gets from the hugs of the kids. Start the day with Valle porridge, then you'll not get hungry during Valle's ski school and will have enough energy to make turns, ride the lift and have fun.

Recipe for two young skiers

Ingredients
2 dl rolled oats
A little bit of oat bran
1 small teaspoon of Chia seeds
A little bit of salt
4 dl water

 

In microwave
Boil for 2 min,
stir and boil for 1 min more.

On stove
Bring to a boil and let boil for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with good organic jam or fresh super berries from Swedish forests and some milk.
