1. Discover the hiking trails What are the mountains without hiking? Summers in places like Sälen and Trysil offer a wide range of hiking trails to suit everyone, from young children to experienced hikers. 2. Cycling in the mountains For those who love cycling, the mountains are a dream. Åre offers Scandinavia's largest Bike Park with both downhill and trail cycling.
Trysil has also developed into a real cycling paradise for the whole family. Here there is varied cycling for everyone. You won't want to miss the beautiful cycle paths in Gullia, but there are also more difficult trails for the more advanced cyclist.
3. Comfortable accommodation There are many places to stay at our destinations. You can stay at SkiStar Lodge close to all the activities, in cosy cabins with mountain views or in modern apartments. 4. Lots of exciting adventures for kids The mountains are full of fun activities for children. Here are just a few examples of what's on offer in Lindvallen, Sälen:
- SummerSki - try something you've never experienced: summer skiing on artificial grass.
- Mountain Coaster - whizz round a few laps in a toboggan and feel the wind in your hair.
- Mountain Tube - ride a rubber ring down a track and easily get back up on a conveyor belt.
5. Relaxing spa After a day full of activities, it can be nice to relax in a spa. Many of our destinations offer relaxing spa treatments for the whole family.
6. Adventure pool Let the kids splash around in the water park and maybe even try indoor surfing? You'll find water parks open in summer in both Sälen and Trysil.

8. Padel and adventure golf For those who want a little more activity, there is the possibility to play padel and adventure golf. These are fun activities for the whole family.
The padel courts in Sälen can be found opposite Experium, near Svansjön.
Adventure golf (mini golf) can be found just outside SkiStar Lodge Lindvallen.
9. Climbing parks Our climbing parks, also known as high-altitude courses, with ziplines are an exciting activity for both children and adults. Test your limits and have fun together in a safe environment. Climbing parks are available at all our destinations
10. Enjoy nature The mountains are a green paradise with small babbling brooks and scenic surroundings. Take the lift up and enjoy the view and the beautiful nature.
