Book safely with SkiStar's Summer Guarantee 2024

SkiStar's summer guarantee applies to all of our destinations and gives you the opportunity to re-book your trip, or get your money back, if we can't deliver the summer activities we've promised.

We guarantee that our lift-based operations will be open at all destinations 22/6–11/8 2024. Our destinations have unique geographical locations with different conditions. If the destination you book your trip to does not fulfil the summer guarantee, you can choose to rebook to another of our destinations.

If we are unable to fulfil the snow guarantee you may cancel your stay or terminate it early and get your money back before 11:00 am on the day after arrival. We will reimburse the products you book through SkiStar, such as Bike- and TrailPass, bike rental, bike guides and lodging, including cancellation insurance.

The snow guarantee does not cover temporarily closed lifts or pistes, as a result of, for example, technical problems or bad weather.
