Pay attention – be considerate
Act in a way that you don’t risk harming anybody else.

Adapt your speed
and way of skiing/boarding to the terrain, your equipment, the weather and your own skills.

Ski in the right direction
When you're coming from above, you must give way to the skiers/boarders in front of you.

Keep your distance when overtaking
Keep your distance when overtaking, so that the other skier/boarder has enough space.

Set off carefully
Always check - both uphill and downhill - that the slopes are clear before you set off skiing/boarding.

Only stop where you can be seen
If you have to stop, do it in places where others can easily see and overtake you.
If you fall – get out of the way as quickly as possible.

Climb to the side of the piste
especially when visibility is bad.

Heed signs
Rules and instructions on the slopes are there for your well-being and that of others. Follow them!

Help others
You must help others in the event of an accident.

Give your name and address
If you are involved in an accident, you must give your name and address.
