Competition rules

We adhere to SSF and FIS competition rules, and these are applied and interpreted by the competition jury.

Alpina classes
*Speed clothing may be used.
* Speed skiing equipment is not allowed (no rubber suits or spoilers).

Children with companions
* No timing.
* Companions may always go with his child in the shooter without paying a start fee, but will not participate in the prize draw.
* Companions may participate in the prize draw if starting fee has been paid (for the companion too).

Snowboards
*Only snowboarding equipment may be used.
* Bindings /shoes may not be parallel to the board.
* Poles are not allowed.

Telemark
* Telemark touring skis may be used.
* Bindings with loose heal must be used.
* Steel edges are allowed.

Cross country skis
*Cross country- and touring skis may be used.
*Cross country bindings with loose heal must be used.
* Steel edges are not allowed. 

 Sit ski
* Equipment for sit skis may be used
* Breakers/companions may be utilized.

Team competition
*Speed clothing may be used.
* Speed skiing suits are not allowed (no rubber suits or spoilers).
* Women may participate in men's team.

Helmet
* Is obligatory, and must be worn by all who compete.

Helmets are lent out for free at the starting area.
Ski waxing service is available at the start area.
We’ll even provide transportation of clothes from the starting area to the finish line.
