Under The Lights Vemdalen

A unique park competition where style and creativity take high priority Here, Sweden's elite athletes rub shoulders with ordinary snow park users. On 28-29 December, it's time!

Public hit Under the Lights is back for the 7th year!
The Swedish skier elite participates side by side with talented amateurs during a sound and light studded hour in Björnvallen! Free entry. The show is presented in collaboration with TFJ-production.

Under the Lights Juniors Snowpark Session - Friday 28 December

In the evening before Under the Lights, the little park in Björnvallen turns into a real park session! Music is played and all junior skiers are welcome to ski and hang out with the professionals. 

• Free to join
• The session will be held 18:00-19:00 and everyone who can ski in the park environment is welcome to participate
• No pre-registration required  

Under the Lights - Saturday 29 December

The show and competition where the Swedish elite participate side by side with amateurs who have passed the earlier qualifying rounds for an hour full of lights and sound!

What makes this competition unique is its special format. Each contestant completes five runs, of which the four best runs are counted. What is special is that you don’t get to do the same trick/rotation more than once. The format means that contestants must choose a wide variety of tricks.

To participate in the competition, register and get through qualification. 

• 10 am Registration in Björnvallen 
• 11.30 am Qualifying rounds in the Snow Park in Björnvallen
• 1.30 pm Announcement of finalists below the jump
• 7 pm Show and Final round

 

This evening the Snow Park in Björnvallen, Björnrike takes on a carnival atmosphere! The music will be playing, the fires will be burning and the BBQs will be going full blast - and of course there is a spectacular show!
