Pilates and yoga

Prepare your body for a day on the mountain with Pilates or yoga.

Pilates - improve your posture, core strength, mobility and balance. During autumn half-term there are two passes to book. The classes are held by Anna Hellman, former professional snowboarder, world championship medallist, Olympian and trained Pilates instructor. 

Yoga - We offer different kinds of yoga in the relaxation room overlooking the mountain.
