Prepare your body for a day on the mountain with Pilates or yoga.
Pilates is conscious training with the body as a tool. Improve your posture, core strength, mobility and balance. During autumn half-term there are two passes to book. The classes are held by Anna Hellman, former professional snowboarder, world championship medallist, Olympian and trained Pilates instructor.
Start the day in the best possible way. We offer different kinds of yoga in the relaxation room overlooking the mountain.
Entrance and payment are via the Spa Shop. Be on site 15 minutes before your session is due to start.
