After a hectic winter full of international competitions, not least the Olympics, Norway's best snowboarders will be coming together in Trysil to fight it out for gold, silver and bronze.

"The Norwegian Snowboarding Championships are returning to Trysil, the perfect resort for us. We want to support the great work that's gone into the snow park. What's more the arena is audience-friendly - there's always a good atmosphere at Trysil. Amazing rotations on the Night'n jump and big crowds," explains the chief organiser at the Norwegian Snowboard Association, Mette Kvåle.

Alongside the sporting advantages of holding the Norwegian Championships in Trysil, Kvåle also sees other reasons to choose Trysil as a destination.

"The Radisson BLU Resort is the perfect setting for the social, which is perhaps the most important part of the Championships." We're looking forward to it!

The disciplines to be held in Trysil are the boardercross, the slopestyle and the big air.
