Freeriding ski boot

Freeriding ski boot with walk mode and Dynafit pin system. Allows you to angle the shaft by up to 23 degrees both backwards and forwards, giving the rider an exceptionally wide rotational spectrum when walking up the slopes. Thanks to a shaft construction partially made of carbon fibre, power is retained despite the high mobility. For a ski boot to work for both ascents and descents it must combine comfort, strength and, above all, - be lightweight. By using three different kinds of materials in the shell, Nordica have managed to make Strider, 20% lighter than equivalent ski boots. Nordica has replaced traditional PU materials with Grilamid, a polyamide plastic that in addition to being lightweight also retains its characteristics in low temperatures. For optimum grip on snow, ice and rock, Nordica have developed a brand new outer sole for Strider together with Michelin.
