Grid MIPS® is an extremely lightweight helmet for freeriding, ski touring and splitboarding with integrated MIPS protection. The temperature is easily controlled with Thermostat Control™. The helmet is very comfortable with its Polartec® lining that dries quickly and has optimal breathability. The helmet has integrated MIPS - Multi-directional Impact Protection System - which protects the brain against the rotation that occurs in a crash. Rotational forces impacting the brain cause the most severe cases of brain damage. With MIPS, the outer part and inner part can move in relation to one another, reducing rotation and counteracting damage to the head and brain.
