Unique touring binding

This award-winning and unique summit touring binding combines high performance and safety with a low weight of just 585 grammes per binding (including ski stopper). Compared with competing pin tech bindings there are a number of design details that make a big difference: optimised toe elasticity, the suspension acts as a contractor, in other words the pins push harder against each other when the weight is to the back, for example. This also provides maximum energy absorption and thus minimal risk of pre-releases. Step-in guidance on the toe section helps get the boot into the right position, making this binding highly user-friendly. The Wide Freeride Mount means a 33% larger mounting distance between the screws than is traditionally the case. The 40 mm distance between the screws ensures greater power transmission and increases the torsional rigidity of the binding frame. The toe section also features a generous snow clearing channel where you can easily clear snow and possible ice formation with the tip of your pole. The rear binding features Forward Pressure, which means that the binding constantly presses forward onto the boot. This provides the same split function as a traditional alpine rear section. This increases performance and security and helps absorb kinetic energy and vibrations. Friendly Heel Rotation means that the rear section can be rotated in both directions, irrespective of the left or right-hand mounting. Intuitive heel adjustment with three height levels.
