Light rain pant for children and juniors by ISBJÖRN of Sweden. The pant is thin and soft, and protects on rainy days. For daily use as a play pant, we recommend our more heavy-duty shell pants, Kuling or Hurricane which are more durable. The pant has a 2-layer material with a membrane providing a water column rating of 15,000 mm and excellent breathability. All seams are taped. The pant has an adjustable elastic waist, articulated knees for a good fit and elasticated leg cuffs with silicone elastic to stop water leaking in.  The durable water-repellent (DWR) coating on the outer fabric is 100% fluorocarbon-free.
