Each lesson lasts for 60 to 90 minutes and in the ski school we have our own VIP queue for the lift. In many cases the group meets for lessons once a day. The most common option is to attend ski school during the week from Monday to Friday, or weekend ski school which is Friday to Sunday. If you’ve booked a short week (Sunday – Thursday), you can finish the weekday ski school earlier and pay a reduced rate. However, this must be booked (or shortened) by telephoning +46 771 84 00 00.

You needn’t worry that it will be too hard, or alternatively not challenging enough. There are different age groups and within each age group up to four different levels depending on ability. In other words, there’s a level to suit you.* If you should end up in the wrong group at the beginning, more often than not it’s possible (as places become available) to change to a group that suits you better. In each group you’ll learn to ski with five to nine other companions.

The ski school starts out from various points depending on where you’ve booked. In Lindvallen, it starts from Snötorget, Gustavtorget or Sälfjällstorget. In Högfjället the ski school starts from one place and this is on the lower side of the Högfjällshotell. In Tandådalen there is a group ski school close to the centre of Tandådalen (it’s possible to attend private ski school in Tandådalen East). In Hundfjället, all ski school activities start out from the area in front of Trollstugan. The ski school is clearly signposted in all locations and you’ll soon see where you should go. If unexpectedly you should be unable to find it, just catch hold of someone wearing the ski school gear; our ski instructors are more than happy to help and are extremely pleasant people!
