Everything in one place
In Hundfjället there’s a natural assembly point on the square below Familjebacken. From here it’s not far to the lifts, shops or children’s area. There are ski hire facilities by Trollbäcken on the one hand and beside the 8-chair lift E8 on the other, where Stadium Ski and Hundfjället’s welcome centre are also situated. And when your stomach starts to rumble, there are many good restaurants close at hand to cater for your needs.

In the centre of Hundfjället you have a choice of aparthotel, chalets or chalet apartments where you’re just a few metres away from the lift, restaurant or grocery store. A few hundred metres further away, across Fjällvägen, there are plenty of holiday villages and areas with chalets of all sizes and styles. Skiing, something for everyone
The choice of skiing in Hundfjället is wide, ranging from the nursery slopes to more advanced runs. Pistes at all four points of the compass make it easy to enjoy runs on the sunny side of the mountain and on the lee side too. The genuine happiness that can be seen in a child’s eyes is something that you’ll experience frequently when you’re in the vicinity of the Trollskogen in Hundfjället. All kids (and most adults too) have a broad grin on their faces when they emerge through the trees after wandering through the forest, and the words “One more time!” are often heard at the end of the tour. Children also have their own dream park with jumps and rails at just the right level.
