Guests check in at one of our receptions and we carry out an inspection of the property between each change of guests to ensure that the chalet is in good condition before the next party arrives. You also have your chalet owners’ pages on the Internet, where you simply log in and can see the current booking situation, plus a personal contact in the chalet owners’ department.
Security in an agreement with SkiStar Sälen
Through your agreement with SkiStar Sälen your chalet or apartment is protected against damage, for example. If a guest should break any inventory item during his stay, for instance, then SkiStar will deal with this and replace it. The full terms and conditions can be found in the rental agreement.
