Supplier Guidelines - Code of Conduct

We have many different suppliers within a variety of areas. Our largest can be found in the business areas Mountain facility operation and Property Development In order for our business to continue to develop sustainably, we must have clear guidelines for supplier procurement.

In order for our suppliers and partners to know what expectations we have of them and the guidelines we follow, we have a so-called code of conduct. 

Our Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Partners is a document that applies to all our suppliers and partners.

The document is attached to almost all contracts entered into with us, as we expect all our suppliers and partners to follow the code. The Code of Conduct covers issues such as environmental responsibility, forced labour, child labour, freedom of association and anti-corruption. As such, we have measures in place to deal situations where a partner does not comply with the code. 

Environmental issues

An important point in the Code of Conduct concerns the environment. It states that the supplier agrees to comply with the relevant environmental requirements in accordance with international environmental standards. The supplier must must also pursue their own environmental efforts and strive towards continuous improvement and to actively strive to minimise their environmental impact.

We encourage all suppliers to set their own emission reduction goals in line with the Paris Agreement, and our aim is for our 125 largest suppliers to have climate goals by 2027/28.

Code of Conduct approved 

We want all our suppliers to sign
the Code of Conduct. In 2022/23, we managed to achieve this - when 100% of our suppliers signed the Code of Conduct.
