Adult ski school from 16 years
Safety, progress and experiences are our catchwords at the adult ski school. Working on the basis of your level of ability and these catchwords, we work together to fine-tune your technique so we can set new goals.

Adult Green/Level 1
Beginners course where you can learn the basics of skiing. We help you become familiar with your equipment and practice gliding, turning, slowing down and stopping, as well as riding the lifts. The course is adapted to the ability of the participants.
Prerequisites: None
Adult Blue/Level 2
Intermediate course where we develop our technique to be even more confident on the slopes. We work on skiing with parallel skis while improving flow and control. The course is adapted to the ability of the participants.
Prerequisites: You can turn, slow down and stop on green/blue slopes and ride the lifts.
The courses in Björnrike and Vemdalsskalet is two hours long for three days. Monday - Wednesday.
The courses in Klövsjö is one hour long for three days. Monday-Wednesday.
