Uniqe snow pledge
We have not found any other ski destination in the world that can match our Snow pledge. We guarantee our guests good skiing. The pledge makes it safe to book a ski holiday in Trysil.
The snow pledge
Trysil´s snow pledge is divided into two stages:
Snow pledge, Stage 1:
From November 15th 2012 through December 7th 2012, we guarantee skiing on at least 8 kilometres of slopes with a total drop of 620 metres.
Snow pledge, Stage 2:
From December 8th 2012 through April 14th 2013 we extend the snow pledge:, we guarantee skiing on a minimum of 20 kilometres of slopes with a total drop of 620 metres.
We also guarantee that you can ski between the Trysil Høyfjellssenter and the Trysil Turistsenter.
Conditions
The snow pledge covers accommodation, ski school, ski rental and ski passes. The pledge covers all bookings made via Skistar Trysil, other booking agencies in Trysil, hotels and all tour operators we cooperate with.
NB! Be aware that the snowpledge does not apply to season SkiPass.
Money back
If we cannot fulfil the conditions and you cancel your booking, you must do so before 11.00 am the day after arrival, and we will refund your booking. This involves accommodation, ski pass, ski rental and ski school. The pledge is valid from 48hours before arrival. It does not apply to temporary closed lifts and slopes, as a consequence of technical faults or weather storms.
Snow secure
But you should know that snow is usually not a problem in Trysil. In Scandnavia we are a snow secrue destination. If we, despite of this, should not get any snow, we can start one of Northern Europes best snow production facilities. To start the snow production we only need minus -2 degrees.
