Every Wednesday and Saturday from the 8th February through 7th April you can go Early morning skiing in Høgegga in Trysil. Easter week we also have Early morning skiing on Thursday and Friday.
For enthusiasts
Early morning skiing is an activity for the morning birds. We start the first lifts at 7 am, so everyone can get to Høgegga from all sides of the mountain. At Trysil Turistsenter, Sindretrekket will be open, and at Trysil Høyfjellssenter you meet by Familietrekket, and a scooter will take you to Fjellroa. The lifts are not open at Trysil Høyfjellssenter.
Breakfast included
The early birds who want to attend early morning skiing arrive the warming hut at Høgegga shortly after 7am.
The bakery Kringla serves breakfast. A maximum of 100 persons can be se seated ( 2 table settings ). Please find out in advance what table setting You are registered on.
Five slopes
With the chair lift Høgekspressen you will have access to five long, black, perfect, newly prepped slopes! You can go skiing with a feeling of having the slopes to yourself, and that is what Early morning skiing is all about; an exclusive offer to the eager skier.
Tickets
The Early morning skiing ticket is a breakfast ticket and a ski pass in one card. The card is valid from 7am to 9am the day you have booked Early morning skiing. Your second ski pass, the one you use daily (week card, season pass etc.) can not be used at Early morning skiing, and must be placed in your right pocket. The card you use should always be in the left pocket of your jacket.
Prices
The ticket costs
NOK 200,- for adults,
NOK 150,- for youth (7-15 years old) and
NOK 70,- for kids (0-6 years old).
Book in advance
You can purchase your Early morning skiing ticket at the SkiPass sales at Trysil Turistsenter, or at the skiPass sales at Trysil Høyfjellssenter. Pre- reservations is possible from Monday the same week, and the tickets must be collected before 3pm the day before.
Last day for Early morning skiing is Saturday
7th April 2012.
