We teach the children all about the skiers' safety code, using the lifts in a safe way and a technique so they can ski down the slopes in a good way.
Course description:
Kjempesmott: Basic course
A course where we learn through games and fun how to control our skis when gliding down the slope, breaking and turning. We will also learn how to use the lift on the nursery slopes.
Requirements: you have never skied before/ can not break or turn.
Kjempesmott: Intermediate 1
Continuation course where the aim is to become a more confident and safer skier at a faster pace. During the week we will attempt the more difficult and longer slopes.
Requirements: you can break and turn on the green and blue slopes, and you can use the button lift by yourself.
Kjempesmott: Intermediate 2
Come with us on an adventure on Trysils more demanding and challenging slopes. We will practise speeding up and finding our rhythm and balance on steeper slopes. Most of all we will have lots of fun together.
Requirements: you can ski on red slopes in a controlled and safe manner, and can use all the lifts.
Kjempesmott: Intermediate 3
A high tempo course where the focus is on consolidating your skiing skills. We will be skiing on different slopes, offpiste and moguls. All this whilst having lots of fun.
Requirements: you are daring and can ski on all slopes in a controlled and safe manner, and are able to use all lifts.

• Rent ski equipment before lessons. There might be a queue at the ski rental.
| All group lessons starts on Monday and run through until Friday. For a course to start, a minimum number of 3 pupils are required. If there are only 2 pupils, we offer a 1 hour course per day. With only one pupil, we offer a private lesson or a discount. |
