HOW CAN I VIEW THE BOOKING OVERVIEW FOR MY PROPERTY?

As a property owner you can view bookings for your property on our website. You can view bookings for the current or the previous years.
• Go to www.skistar.com/eiere
• Select “Trysil”
• Log in using your owner number and password.

This will take you straight to your property, where you can view bookings, arrival/departure dates, booking references and the type of booking (own use, through travel agent, etc.). If you change the date to view, for example, the previous year, you must click “skapa rapport” (“create report”) after changing the date. You can change your password by logging in to “My Page”.

WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT CODES IN THE BOOKING OVERVIEW MEAN?

“Standard” means that the property has been booked over the phone or online. “Rsb Kredit” means that the property has been booked through a travel agent/tour operator. “Ägare” (“Owner”) means that the property is reserved for the owner’s own use.

WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DOES THE PROPERTY NEED TO HAVE?

When we take on a new property to be rented out, certain minimum standards must be met. The property shall have as many seats in the living room and kitchen as there are beds. There should be table settings for at least 50% more people than there are beds for in the property.

We urge you to ensure that there are spare table settings available in the property. Extra table settings will be supplied by Trysilfjellet Alpin AS from their stock unless a reserve is available. This will be deducted from the fees payable to the owner.

We offer equipment packs; contact us for a quote.

All equipment, furniture and fixtures must be functional and hard-wearing. This also means that surfaces should be treated to reduce wear. It should be easy to operate any technical installations. Instructions from the owner may be required.

The property can have unique characteristics, but should not be decorated with personal items, photographs, etc. A good overall impression is important.

For further information: Download equipment list (PDF).

HOW MANY KEYS TO THE PROPERTY DOES SKISTAR REQUIRE?

We need seven keys in total: four for reception and three for caretaker/cleaners.

Extra table settings will be supplied by Trysilfjellet Alpin AS from their stock unless a reserve is available. This will be deducted from the fees payable to the owner.

Guests must cover any costs associated with checks/inspections, laundry, etc. This is therefore not included in the settlement between the intermediary and the owner.
