Daily
Family park in Eventyr (TS)
Jumps, rails and boxes for kids in Eventyr (slope 21).
Lift-picker (TS and HS)
Ride with 23 of our lifts and receive a diploma. By each lift you will find a stamp, and when you have 23 stamps in your card you can collect your certificate. Some of the participants also receives a gift. This activity is a great way to get to know the Ski resort.
Children's ski areas
Trails with turning elements and figures at TS, HS and Skihytta. Toboggan slope at TS and HS, and a forest trail at TS. Read more about the children's areas
Child care (TS and HS)
Here's help for tired and frozen small skiers. Crayons, games, films, puzzels, warmth and last but not least, kind staff. All kids are welcome. NOK. 100,- per hour. NOK 995,- per week.Read more about child care

Meet Smottene in the children's areas. You want to meet Smottpop, Popsmott, Puppsmott and Smottpupp? They are out playing and skiing, and certaintly want to meet you. Free of charge.
To 20:00 Night skiing (TS and HS)
Non-stop skiing until 20:00 on floodlit slopes from the 20th December to the 30th March. Read more about night skiing
20:00 Torchlight skiing (TS)
It is a great sensation to be part of the torchlight ski procession down the Sindre slope. You can do this up to eek 12, and it is free of charge.
09:00 - 10:30 Test course Snowboard (TS and HS)
This course is aimed at those who would like to try out snowboarding. An instructor will accom pany you to teach and inspire you for the duration os a 1 hour and 30 minutes group lesson. Equipment for the whole day is included in the price.
13:15 - 15:45 Expert course - Video (TS)
For those who want to meet the truth. The viode camera is perhaps the best tool in helping you develop your skills. Take the chance to analyse and develop your skiing.
Wednesday
07:00 - 09:00 Early morning skiing (from the 10th February) (TS)
Eat breakfast in the warming hut by Høgegga, and go skiing in newly groomed, black-marked slopes long before the other guests in Trysil have even woken up. But the tickets one day in advance at the latest. Last day: 10th April. Read more about Early morning skiing
13:30 - 15:00 Visit Gammel at Gammelgård (HS)
Gammel tells about life at Gammelgårdm the home of Smottene, and treats you to drinks and Gammels treasure hunt. Free of charge.
13:30 - 15:00 Skogbrum Treasure Hunt (TS)
For children of all ages, different difficulty levels. You get your treasure map from Skogbrum. Meeting place is by Skogbrums throne at Skitorget at TS. Fre of charge.
14:00 Trysil cup (TS and HS)
The whole family can compete in the difference slalom. Least time difference between two runs is the winner! Sign up at the starting gate. Free of charge.
09:00 - 10:30 Test course Cross Country skiing (TS and HS)
This course is aimed at those who would like to try cross country skiing. An instructor will accompany you to teach and inspire you for the duration os a 1 hour and 30 minutes group lesson. Equipment for the whole day is included in the price.
13:15 - 15:45 Technique course
For those who want to understand and to polish their technique. Do you know what and why things happen when you ski? Get a better understanding of how technique fits together and with increased insight, your skiing develops.

14:00 Familiefeiden (TS and HS)
Who is the best in the family on skis or snowboard? Unpretentious parallel slalom race for everyone, where you also can meet Smottene. Sign up at the starting gate. Free of charge.
09:00 - 10:30 Test course Telemark (TS and HS)
This course is aimed at those who would like to try Telemark skiing, or free heel skiing. An instructor will accompany you to teach and inspire you for the duration of a 1 hour and 30 minutes group lesson. Equipment for the whole day is included in the price.
13:15 - 15:45 Off piste course
For those who want to be able to ski in unprepared terrain. We show you the pearls of the mountain and teach you to ski powder and unprepared terrain. You can borrow safety equipment during the lesson.

15:00 The Smottecup (TS and HS)
Easy, fun ski race for kids at both TS and HS. Music, a speaker and a good race course. Naturally, Smottene and Skogbrum or Gammel are there to help you. Everyone gets a prize! Sign up at the ski school office. NOK 70,- per participant.

To the 3rd April you can join Children's Afterski in the children's area Eventyr at Trysil Turistsenter. Smottene will be there and play with the kids, there will be music and everyone can get a ride with the snow scooter sledge. We will serve hot dogs, soda and Sportlunch chocolate. All for free.
