If you own at least 200 SkiStar shares and are listed with your complete social security number in our customer register, the discount will be deducted automatically when you book by phone or via the Internet. Our shareholder records are updated monthly, approx. ten banking days after the end of the month. This means that you will not necessarily be entitled to a discount immediately on buying shares.
The shareholder discount is valid for the shareholder’s family, which means that only supplementary products purchased for the same family can be included in the same booking. If there are other people in the group who wish to book SkiPasses, ski school, ski hire, etc. these must be included in a separate booking. Welcome to the mountains!

As shareholder in SkiStar you will get benefits during your vaccation at our destinations in Sälen (Lindvallen, Högfjället, Tandådalen och Hundfjället), Åre (Åre-Björnen, Åre By, Tegefjäll och Duved), Vemdalen (Vemdalsskalet, Björnrike, Klövsjö och Storhogna), Hemsedal och Trysil. You and your family (wife/husband/live-in and own children under 18 years old) will get 15% discount on SkiPass, Ski rental, ski school within the corporate group in Sälen, Åre, Vemdalen, Hemsedal och Trysil. You nedd to own at least 200 SkiStar shares to get the discount.

N.B. Season-SkiPass for Åre can be purchased at skistar.com and on site. For remaining destinations, Season-SkiPass can only be purchased on site.
All our shareholders are registered with their social security numbers in our customer database. This database is updated monthly through the Euroclear Sweden AB (formerly VPC) register of owners, ten banking days after the end of the month. Therefore, it is a good idea to become a shareholder well in advance of making a booking.
When registering for the first time or updating your customer details in connection with bookings via skistar.com, it is very important to enter complete personal information – including your social security number – so that we can compare our database to the Euroclear register of shareholders. If the data match, the shareholder discount will be deducted automatically when you make your booking (on condition that you, the shareholder, make the booking).
This discount is only available to private citizens – not to companies.
Bookings made by overseas shareholders and for minors are dealt with manually. Simply contact us at aktieagarservice@skistar.com or on +46 280 880 95 and send us an certificate of your holding and we will register your shareholding on your customer card. You will need to do this every year.
This discount cannot be combined with other offers and/or discounts.
The shareholder discount does not apply to shares held via a capital insurance scheme or a pension deposit.
As from September 2010, the shareholder card system is being discontinued and replaced by automatic updates every month via the Euroclear Sweden AB (formerly VPC) register of owners.
