Easy and comfortable!
With your ski equipment already at your cabin when you arrive and the SkiPass in your pocket, your holiday will be easier and more comfortable. You can quickly hit the slopes and take the first few much-anticipated turns of your holiday. Should any part of your equipment not fit, this is easily fixed – visit the closest SkiStarshop and we will assist you!
Book ski equipment
If you already have a booking with Skistar, you can easily add ski hire to your existing booking. Log in to “my page” and select “current booking”. Then add the ski equipment to your booking.
In order to get your equipment delivered to your lodging, you must pre-book the equipment no later than three days before your first skiing day. If you book any later, pick up your ski equipment from a SkiStarshop of your choosing.
On the day of departure you will leave your hired ski equipment in the closest SkiStarshop.
Your pre-booked equipment will be delivered to your accommodation on Thursdays, Saturdyas and Sundays. Other days, you will pick it up in one of our SkiStarshops. Your ski equipment is available in your house / apartment when you have checked-in.
If you want to go skiing at your day of arrival, you can pick up your equipment in the closest SkiStarshop. Note that you must contact us to make that change.
Buy/charge SkiPass online
When you buy a new SkiPass, we send it to you by post when you order it no later than 12 days before the first valid day. If you already have a Skipass you can charge it until 23.59 the day before the first valid day. Read more about our SkiPasses and prices.
