About our equipment
We have three different levels in order to adapt the equipment to the skier's skill and needs: advanced, intermediate and beginner. The equipment is also adapted according to age, height and weight.
Advanced
For skiers who ski on red and black slopes at good speeds and who want to get the most out of their ski experience.
Intermediate
For those who have previous skiing experience. We recommend that those with previous skiing experience and who ski on the long slopes from the peak choose at least the intermediate level to ensure the best skiing for them.
Beginner
For new skiers who go on button lifts and in the children's areas.
Age groups
Adult, ages 16 and up
Youth, ages 8-15
Child, ages 0-7
Height, weight and shoe size
A ski boot naturally has to be the right size for it to sit comfortably and give good stability. It's also important that the equipment is adapted according to your weight and height for it to feel good on the slope. The ABC of safe skiing is to set the ski bindings according to your weight; the ski boot must come free from the binding when you suffer a hard fall so that you don't twist or break your legs. When you hire equipment we adapt it to you and your skiing style. In the unlikely event that you should have any trouble, you are always welcome to come back to one of our hire shops and we will help you change or adjust the equipment so that it fits.
