Christmas in Sälen has something for everyone. Apart from skiing, there are plenty of other activities to sample – Christmas markets, dancing around the Christmas tree, making Christmas decorations, visiting Santa, water park, wonderful spa treatments, Christmas shopping and much more in addition.
During the Christmas holidays many of the restaurants in the area will of course be serving traditional Scandinavian Christmas fare – a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.
On Christmas Eve the lifts are open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
