You must present an approved form of identification e.g. passport or drivers license when renting ski/snowboard equipment. This also applies when collecting pre-booked/paid equipment.
Pre-booked equipment must be fully paid for in advance.
Alpine skis can easily get mixed up so remember what your skis look like and where you leave them.
When hiring equipment you are financially responsible for damage and loss of equipment. We recommend that you insure rented equipment.
You can cancel or change the rental up to three days before pick up date.
Refunds will be paid back directly to your account minus an administrative fee.
Refunds in relation to injury or illness will only be given with Plus Insurance and a doctor’s report documenting the injury/illness.
Customers belongings cannot be stored at the ski rental. There are small lockers at the Welcome Centre, Hemsedal Alpin Lodge and at Skistua. For more information on the rental of ski lockers please contact us.
