The snow guarantee is a service to you, as our guest. It means that you can dare to book your trip in advance, without having to worry about the snow conditions.
Our Snow Pledge guarantees you 3 km of groomed slopes and 628m of vertical drop or your money back. The guarantee is valid from november 23rd to May 1st.
If Hemsedal Ski Center doesn’t meet the Snow Guarantee requirements, you can choose not to travel to Hemsedal, and receive a refund from Skistar Hemsedal, or you can choose to come at another time.
Full option of cancellation until 22 November
We offer cancellation or rebooking from the start of the season to the snow guarantee comes into force, no matter how many slopes are opened. This benefit applies up to the day of arrival, and can not be used after you have checked-in. From the start date for snow guarantee ordinary terms applies.
The Snow Guaranteee includes all bookings made throughto Skistar Hemsedal:
- Accommodation
- Ski school
- Ski rental
- Lift pass
Conditions Snow Guarantee for Skistar Hemsedal
- We guarantee a minimum of 3 km slopes and 628 meters
- The guarantee applies from 22 November to end of season 4 May
- The snow guarantee is triggered at least 48 hours prior to arrival
- The snow guarantee does not apply temporarily closed lifts / slopes, such as the wind or technical factors.
- The snow guarantee does not apply for season pass
