This is how you pay for your trip

You will find an overview here of the payment methods you can choose from when paying for your trip.

You will find information below on methods of payment, due dates and receipts. Please contact us if you have additional questions or need assistance.

Payment due date and last date for payment

Booking 42 days or more prior to arrival

The registration fee (25% of the lodging price + any cancellation and re-booking insurance) must be paid within 10 days after the booking date. The balance must be paid at the latest 42 days before arrival.

Booking 41 days or less prior to arrival

All products included in the booking are paid for on the same day the booking is made, and always prior to admission. Payment can only be made by  credit card via ‘my page’.

I haven't received a receipt

If you pay by credit card on skistar.com, you will receive a receipt via e-mail immediately after completed payment. If you choose to pay by bank account, no receipt will be sent upon completed payment. Do you want to check that your booking has been paid for? Log in to ‘my page’ and look under the payment tab.

Paying by credit card

You can pay directly with a credit card at skistar.com. Go to ‘my page’ and select which part of the booking/payment you wish to pay for.

Note that the amount specified will be debited immediately from your credit card and not on the due date. You can pay by VISA, Mastercard/Eurocard and AMEX.

Unfortunately, we cannot take credit card payments over the telephone due to the security risks imposed on you as a guest.

Paying with a gift token or voucher

To pay with a gift token, you register your booking on skistar.com. Then choose ‘pay later via my page’.

Then contact SkiStar by telephone: +46 771 84 00 00, give your booking number and state that you want to pay with a gift token.

You will then be asked to send in your gift token by post. The booking is paid for once the gift voucher is received by SkiStar.

The gift token can only be used once, and may not be exchanged for cash.

Paying via bank account

When paying via our bank account, always quote your booking reference. Your confirmation also contains an KID/OCR number if you wish to pay via your Internet bank.  Please note that it will take approx. 2-5 days from the date of payment for the money to reach us
