JOI 2012 - The World's Best Big Air contest is back in Åre during week 14 (7 april).
On the riders' request, the popular concept of Jon Olsson Invitational back in the spring. With the unique qualification opportunities, new style and a jump higher than ever, this will be the year's by far the most cruel events.
Jon Ollsson Invitational and Vattenfall Alpine Challenge
April 7, will Jon Olsson Invitational (JOI) and Vattenfall Alpine Challenge (VAC) be held in Åre, JOI for the seventh time and the VAC for the second time.
30 of the world's best skiers compete on who can make the best big air jump and 16 of the world's best alpine skiers participating in the prestigious parallel slalom race.
The competitons are taking place simultaneously and Jon is switching between the different races.
JOI and VAC is free to the public and takes place in the National Arena by skilift VM8:an the center of Åre.
