The guest may cancel the booking verbally or in writing to SkiStar or to the location where the booking was received. SkiStar only accepts cancellations / rebookings made by the guest. SkiStar is responsible for confirming the guest’s cancellation in writing. In the event of cancellation or of changes being made to bookings, SkiStar is entitled to levy an administration fee of SEK 195.
