Here is some information that might be useful before your arrival to Åre, Duved, Tegefjäll or Åre Björnen

   Most apartments are available for check-in from 03.00 PM on arrivalday.
       Check-out on departure day is aprox 09.00-11.00 AM

  The opening hours for Skistar receptions can be found here.
      If not, the opening hours for your accommodation are stated in the link above ,
      you can find the phone number to the reception on your confirmation that you
      have received by e-mailed from us

  Sweden’s membership in Schengen agreement means that all non-Swedish
      citizens must show valid identity document at check-in (we have the right to
      copy this identity document which will be kept for three months and destroyed
      after that, all this according to pursuant to Chapter 5 § 16 of the Swedish
      Aliens´ Ordinance (1989:547).

  You have got registration card together with you reservation confirmation.
      If you fill it before arrival it will be probably quicker to check-in.

  If you have questions concerning parking space, engine preheater etc,
     please contact your reception.

  For arrivals when the reception is closed , please contact your reception for
      more information regarding collecting your keys

 GPS Coordinates to Skistars receptions and other important coordinates
     can be found here.

 If you already have a reservation here at Skistar, you can add linen and / or
     final cleaning up to 24 hours before your arrival. This can be a good idea so
     the bedsets are placed in your apartment before check-in.

  If you arrive by train there’s luggage storage and possibility of changing
     clothes in locker rooms connected to your accommodation, please contact
     your reception for more information.
     At Åre Station (the trainstation) there are lockers, locker-rooms, showers and 
     restrooms.
     Saturdays, Sundays and Thursdays there are baggage storage at Åre old trainstation 
     called “Banhof Café”, Price / items: 1:st luggage 50 Sek 2:nd luggage 40 Sek
