Scandinavia’s first world-class resort hotel is now under construction in Åre, Sweden. When Copperhill Mountain Lodge opens in December 2008 it will boast 112 suites and rooms, restaurants, bars and a luxury spa.
The location was chosen for its unique situation with magnificent views of Jämtland’s mountains and lakes, as well as the opportunity of providing ski-in/ski-out access to Scandinavia’s largest ski area. The hotel has a modern design by American architect Peter Bohlin and a lodge-style setting.
